Yes. You decide, down to the table and field level, exactly what data PlusLive AI can access. Sensitive fields such as salary information, personal identifiers, or confidential records can be explicitly excluded, regardless of what exists in your underlying systems. Nothing is exposed to AI by default; access is configured deliberately and on your terms.
No. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any public or shared AI models. PlusLive AI works with enterprise-grade AI providers whose terms explicitly prohibit the use of customer data for model training. Prompts, responses, and contextual data are processed transiently for inference only and are not retained. Your information remains private and protected.
PlusLive AI and any affiliated service providers stores chat history for a maximum of 30 days. Users can delete their own query history at any time.
